As a Sales Engineer at ABG Engineering, you will promote and sell our range of products, including KSB Pumps, Rice and Dal Mill Machinery, and FS Curtis Compressors. You will be our primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical expertise and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Technical Support:
Provide technical advice and support to customers.
Conduct site visits and surveys to assess customer needs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent after-sales service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial machinery or pump industry.
Strong technical knowledge of pumps, compressors, and rice, and dal machineries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license and own vehicle.
Willingness to travel extensively within the MP region.
